Failure to pay promptly may result in order cancellation and relisting.
Custom orders must be paid within 48 hours or they may be removed.

Returns and exchange details
Please feel free to ask as many questions as necessary to be sure of your purchase. We will try our very best to help you for your orders, however, most of our products are made to order, therefore, we do not make unconditional refunds.
If we have incorrectly dispatched an incomplete shipment or made an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can take the steps to rectify the situation as swiftly as possible.
If you haven't received your item in the expected shipment time (under the circumstances of you have contacted us before you check out for your special receiving time) and you want to get your money back, you can ship back your order to us. ( Custom orders are Non-refundable ) Please note, we are not liable for return postage costs.

3) All our items are handmade to order and as such, finish may vary slightly and fabrics can cause irregular measurements due to shrinkage. As such, please allow 1” leeway in sizes of the finished product.
